Is there a compulsory health insurance in Germany ?
There is currently no compulsory health insurance in Germany. By the changed law situation with our Austrian neighbours and div. other European countries it is to be assumed however that this is introduced also soon in Germany. As soon as there is more detailed information on this, we will come to you.

Validity of a non-GOBD checkout
Until 31.12.2016. However, we offer all customers who have an older checkout version a chargeable upgrade.

How can I determine whether my cash registers are GOBD-compliant?
All cash registers with the following software versions or higher are already GOBD-compliant:
CM 911/912: V2.31
CMCM 941/942: V2.39
CM 941F/942F: V2.39
CM 960SF: V4.55
CM 962SF: V4.55
CM 980F: V3.56
CM 980SF: V3.56
Touch 110: V3.48

What accessories are required for the cash registers with GOBD obligation ?
SD cards for the CM 911 and CM 912 and USB stick from CM 94x:
With the models CM 911/912 it is not possible to insert a USB connection due to the housing, therefore here we work with an SD card. The data must be transferred monthly to the PC in order to save it there.
Ab CM 94x model series can be used with a USB stick. This automatically creates a new file every day.
The Z report must be printed at all cash registers in the evening. After printing, the data is automatically transferred to the monthly report and deleted automatically. The monthly report contains all daily reports and must be saved before printing, otherwise the data are deleted !
